The problem for Roula the fact that more Republicans go for voting than Democrats for the 48Th Congressional district. There were much more voting for Republican candidates than for Democrat candidates. A real problem and challenge. Rouda should shift his campaign slightly towards the right without alienating his base and liberal democrats.
