  Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito attended Princeton University and Yale Law School before beginning a long career as an attorney. He worked for the Department of Justice and as a U.S. attorney for New Jersey before being selected to serve as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals in 1990. Sixteen years later he was nominated to become a Supreme Court Justice by President George W. Bush and has tended to rule along conservative lines. Samuel Alito close minded man is deciding to end   Roe vs. Wade Abortion Rights for women and he is intruding in their vaginas privacy. Decisions of abortion are women right within some time limitations and conditions absolutely. however, without Roe vs. Wade will bring us back to times of back alley abortion and killing babies in womb or just been born.

J ustice Thomas has never been impartial or non-partisan. It is not the job for which he was nominated and confirmed. He has always been there putting out his extreme right wing judicial philosophy. Even when he is on the majority side, he often writes a separate concurrence, proposing a more radical reason that the outcome could have been justified. And those more radical arguments then come back in future pleadings. Nobody has been more effective in making us a more conservative country than Justice Thomas. The fact that his wife is also a religious and right wing fanatic nutball is almost irrelevant. The fact that he has often failed to disclose her financial support from organizations arguing before the Court, however, should be illegal. Q: Can US Supreme Court Clarence Thomas stay impartial as a jurist with his wife being so active politically?
