US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Extreme Right Wing

Justice Thomas has never been impartial or non-partisan.

It is not the job for which he was nominated and confirmed.

He has always been there putting out his extreme right wing judicial philosophy.

Even when he is on the majority side, he often writes a separate concurrence, proposing a more radical reason that the outcome could have been justified. And those more radical arguments then come back in future pleadings.

Nobody has been more effective in making us a more conservative country than Justice Thomas.

The fact that his wife is also a religious and right wing fanatic nutball is almost irrelevant. The fact that he has often failed to disclose her financial support from organizations arguing before the Court, however, should be illegal.
