Ilhan Omar wrote a bill that would create a special envoy to internationally combat Islamophobia. During the debate, Scott Perry alleged Omar is antisemitic and affiliated with terrorist groups. The House parliamentarian found that Scott Perry's remarks about Omar were inappropriate.
