 After four years of Donald Trump rule the major players in the world scene have appeared eclipsing America influence; Russia in Central Europe and now invading Ukraine and in the far East China strengthened its military might and opening her jaws to swallow Taiwan and to acquire the technical know- how  in many specialized fields that she excels. North Korea is acting now as wild boy and disrespecting Joe Biden.   

J ustice Thomas has never been impartial or non-partisan. It is not the job for which he was nominated and confirmed. He has always been there putting out his extreme right wing judicial philosophy. Even when he is on the majority side, he often writes a separate concurrence, proposing a more radical reason that the outcome could have been justified. And those more radical arguments then come back in future pleadings. Nobody has been more effective in making us a more conservative country than Justice Thomas. The fact that his wife is also a religious and right wing fanatic nutball is almost irrelevant. The fact that he has often failed to disclose her financial support from organizations arguing before the Court, however, should be illegal. Q: Can US Supreme Court Clarence Thomas stay impartial as a jurist with his wife being so active politically?

 Crazy Justice Stephen Breyer is resisting  retiring from the US Supreme Court and the same as nuts Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg refused to retire on Barack Obama watch. These justices are pain and taking advantage of stupid old rule that Justices serve for life. Stephen Breyer is plain stubborn man who cares only for himself Stephen Breyer holds the somewhat dubious distinction of being the second-longest junior member of the United States Supreme Court in American history, holding that distinction for some 12 years, until the confirmation of  Samuel Alito  in 2006.  He eventually announced his planned retirement and Joe Biden announced a new Justice nominee a Black Afro American jurist. The  Build Back Better Act  is a  bill  introduced in the  117th Congress  to fulfill aspects of President  Joe Biden 's  Build Back Better Plan . It was spun off from the  American Jobs Plan , alongside the  Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act , as a $3.5 trillion  Democratic   reconciliation  package that included provisions related to  climate change  and  social policy . Following negotiations, the price was lowered to approximately $2.2 trillion. The bill was passed 220–213 by the  House of Representatives  on November 19, 2021. In the midst of negotiations and  parliamentary  procedures, Senator  Joe Manchin  publicly pulled his support from the bill for not matching his envisioned cost of about $1.75 trillion.   Congresswoman   Ilhan Omar   has launched a blistering attack on fellow Democrat   Joe Manchin , after the senator withdrew his support for president   Joe Biden ’s signature   Build Back Better   Act. Ms Omar delivered a sharp rebuke to the  West Virginia  senator in a series of tweets after the shock announcement on Sunday,  in which Mr Manchin said he was against the legislation , calling it “bulls***”.
